update from the weekend and today!

saturday's eats:

breakfast

tall americano (black)

handful of raw macademia nuts

2 harboiled eggs

 

snack:

4 pieces of celery with cashew butter

 

lunch:

tall americano (a little cream)

sparling water w lemon

spinach salad with leftover meatloaf crumbled in there, cucumbers, strawberries and avocado

 

snack:

handful of mixed nuts

 

dinner: (the keg)

steak (only ate about half - not typical of me...as i am a steak lover)

side of mushrooms and mixed veggies

3 glasses of red wine

 

sunday's eats:

breakfast:

tall americano (a little bit of cream)

2 hardboiled eggs

sliced tomato and avocado

 

lunch:

bunless beef burger topped with bacon, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion (it came with a bun, but just used it as a handle and ripped it off in pieces haha)

side veggie salad

 

dinner:

grass fed steak

greek salad

roasted root veggies

guacamole

 

monday's eats:

breakfast:

tall americano (black)

2 hardboiled eggs - sliced and topped with guacamole

 

lunch:

leftover bbq chicken breast with side of roasted root veggies

 

dinner:

upset belly =(  have just been drinking lots of water with lemon and had some tea
