i haven't fallen off the real food wagon...

and i am still alive and well!!! =D  i apologize for my slackster attitude with regards to keepin' up with the posts.  been super busy lately...but good busy!  in the meantime, i have been jotting down my meals/snacks in my handy dandy notebook, so i could remember what the heck to post on here!  i have to admit...i have been kinda grab n' go-ing (healthy stuff stuff still) and a little bit boring with my creations this week...but all n' all REAL FOOD, which is key! having said this, i have a couple new recipes that i want to try out this weekend.  also this evening, i am attempting to make "paleoish crackers" as soon as i am finished posting.  will add a photo of that afterwards...
 
so here it is:
 
tuesday's eats:
 
breakfast:
 
2 scrambled eggs topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions
sliced avocado (half)
grande americano (black)
 
 
lunch:
 
handful of raw macademia nuts
veggie salad topped with tuna
half pint of organic raspberries
 
 
dinner:  (got home super late after the gym)
big bowl of roasted veggie soup (see pic) - included sweet potatoes, carrots, parnips, garlic, cumin and curry
(garnished with fresh rosemary)
 
 
wednesday's eats:
 
breakfast:
 
tall americano (black)
2 hardboiled eggs
4 pieces of celery with macademia nut butter
sliced avocado (half)
 
 
lunch:
 
sparling water w lemon
village greek salad - minus the feta cheese (added chunks of avocado as well - so addicted to it Open-mouth smile)
 
 
snack:
 
hardboiled egg
 
 
dinner:
 
grilled chicken breast with steamed brocoli
sparkling water with lime
 
 
thursday's (today) eats:
 
breakfast:
 
2 eggs - over easy with bascially a few chunks of shredded chicken on the side haha!
sliced tomato (1 large) and a whole avocado
grande americano (w a little cream)
 
 
lunch:
 
veggie salad - lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, turnip, roasted red peppers and chicken
handful of organic raw mixed nuts
 
 
dinner:
 
warm spinach salad topped w grilled chicken and bacon - yummmmm!
sparling water w lime (oh switching it up lol Sarcastic smile)
 
alright...that is it folks...how many weeks has it been?...how many days do we have left? doesn't it seem as though time has flown by???
