so here is a QUICK run-down on today's wod and eats.

Clean & jerk 5×1 reps

rest 5 minutes

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 100 Double-unders
  • 30 Kettlebell swings (boys: 24kg; girls: 16kg)

today's menu:

 

breakfast:

2 egg muffins

small handful of raw walnuts

americano (black)

 

lunch:

veggie salad with grilled chicken breast w a little feta

didn't actually need any dressing...it was so yummy!

small handful of raw almonds

sparking water w lemon

 

dinner:

3 dry beef pepperettes from the markham fair (thanks stephen!)

1 hardboiled egg

1 avocado - sliced

veggie salad

1 glass of red wine

that's it...that's all folks!  see ya tomorrow...i will def be gettin' more creative in the kitchen this weekend, and will make the yummy bacon wraps for real that i posted yesterday.  bought the bacon today from rowe farms =D  happy friday everyone!!!
