groundhog day? haha

today sounds a lot like yesterday and the day before foodwise...hahaha!  i don't mind, and quite like it to be honest!  i am such a creature of habit sometimes when it comes to eating.  don't get me wrong...i adore trying new recipes and there aren't many foods that i don't like.  for some reason, i don't get bored in this dept very easily at all. 

my creative juices are somewhat low tonight for some reason, but I FEEL MORE AMAZING than ever!!!!  i am really starting to notice how zero-ing in on just eating real foods impacts my energy levels, mood and headspace.  love it!!!

without further ado...

breakfast:

2 egg muffins (made yesterday)

handful of raw almonds

tall americano

 

lunch:

big bowl of chili (leftovers)

half an avocado

 

snack:

handful of raw cashews

hardboiled egg

 

dinner:

another bowl of chili...see what i mean haha...so good though and totally addictive!

handful of mixed nuts

3 mini cucumbers - sliced

 

then...tonight's wod!
