  In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Row for max distance while partner performs 50 double-unders
***note:  I offered to do this one solo, as the numbers were uneven.  I rowed for 300 m at a time and then switched over to the double unders.  Total score was 2079***

  breakfast:

  pretty much skipped it...bad girl!!!

  lunch:

  2 hardboiled eggs
sm can of tuna
handful of raw macademia nuts
sparkling water
sliced cucumbers and tomatoes
tall americano (black)

  dinner:  ate pretty late after the gym

  big bowl of chili
