today's wod...

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 10 Box jumps (24″)
  • 8 Push press (boys: 135#; girls: 95#) - i used 65 #
  • 6 Pull-ups

6 rounds on the nose!

 

today's eats:

 

breakfast:

2 scrambled eggs

mixed green salad

3 small spicy sausages (rowe farms)

americano (w cream)

 

snacks:

a couple handfuls of raw hazelnuts

sparkling water with lemon

bowl of mixed berries

 

dinner:

meat loaf (rowe farms)

more sausage from rowe farms

roasted brocoli in olive oil and garlic

tomato, garlic and mint salad

1 glass of wine

 

now headed out to reservoir lounge with some friends...with update this post later and add in some pics too
